The PID-AY5 sensor is a 0–20 ppm legacy PID with ultra-high sensitivity for low-level VOC measurement in cleanrooms, laboratories and high-specification indoor environments. Its10.6 eV lamp and optimised electrode stack provide strong signal output for small changes in VOC concentration.

PID-AY5 is widely used where precise tracking of low VOC levels is required, such as semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom monitoring and specialised IAQ instruments.
