The PH3-BE is an extended-range 0–2,000 ppm phosphine sensor in the B-Series package, developed for industrial safety, process control and environmental monitoring where higher PH3 concentrations may be present. Sensitivity is 15–35 nA / ppm at 800 ppm PH3, with T90 < 30 s and stable performance up to 5,000 ppm in over-gas conditions. The sensor offers > 24-month operating life (24-month warranty) and well-defined temperature and linearity characteristics.
