The PH3-A1 is a high-sensitivity 0–10 ppm phosphine sensor in the A-Series package, designed for grain storage, fumigation, semiconductor and industrial safety applications. It offers 550–900 nA / ppm sensitivity (at 11 ppm PH3), T90 < 25 s and low noise, allowing ppb-equivalent resolution in carefully designed analyzers. With > 24-month operating life (24-month warranty) and well-characterised temperature and linearity performance, PH3-A1 supports demanding low-level phosphine monitoring.
