IRC-AT Carbon Dioxide Sensor

COGas Sensor, NDIR Thermopile, A-Series, low-power multi-range CO2 measurement

Thermopile NDIR CO2 sensor optimised for IAQ, safety and combustion ranges

The IRC-AT is a compact NDIR CO2 sensor using a thermopile detector that delivers excellent resolution from 0–5,000 ppm up to 0–100 % vol CO2. Configurable IAQ, safety and combustion ranges share universal linearisation coefficients, so OEMs can implement a single linearisation model across sensors. IRC-AT is suited to IAQ and HVAC monitors, fixed gas safety systems, combustion analyzers and process instruments where stable CO2 measurement and repeatable linearity are critical.

Feature

Benefit

Thermopile-based NDIR design

Provides stable CO2 measurement with low noise and good long-term repeatability.

Universal linearisation (b, c coefficients)

Single set of linearisation constants supports multiple CO2 ranges, reducing firmware complexity.

Multiple application ranges (IAQ, safety, combustion, process)

Allows one sensor SKU to serve several instrument SKUs, simplifying inventory.

Integrated thermistor output

Supports precise temperature compensation for span and zero.

A-Series pinout with recommended socket

Simplifies mechanical and electrical integration into existing A-Series platforms.
