At the centre of our commitment to product and service quality is Alphasense’s unique ATAV- Automated Test And Validation system. All sensors are monitored continuously before final testing, ensuring complete stabilisation prior to characterisation. Each sensor is then assigned a unique bar-code and its associated test data is stored in our custom database. This provides an important diagnostic tool and can be used to provide electronic and hard copy of sensitivity, time of response and recovery and zero off-set. We also archive samples of product, allowing access to both electronic and physical records for all our manufactured products.
The ATAV can also perform a variety of customer specified tests with inorganic gases and VOCs from ppb to % concentrations.
