G Series Oxygen Sensors

The Oxygen 'G' series complements the increasing range of 'D' series miniature sensors.

The O2-Gs have reduced height but incorporate the same high quality design and repeatability as the A and C series.

O2-G1/G2 sensors are designed for the latest generation of portable gas detectors where high detection performance, total reliability, small size and long lifetime are the key criteria.

As with all Alphasense products, the 'G' Series has been developed through listening to our customers' requirements. These tiny sensors, despite their size, come with the standard 24-month and 12-month minimum operating life and our electrolyte leak-free guarantee.

Alphasense tests the performance of every sensor; results are stored on our database, giving full traceability for all sensors. The unique Automatic Test and Validation (ATAV) system controls initial sensor stabilisation and runs complex tests under computer control. This computerised system also ensures traceability as tested sensors are moved direct to despatch with their unique barcodes. The ATAV system also runs full validation testing, monitors sensors for long term performance and its generated statistics are used for statistical process control.
