A Series Oxygen Sensors

Alphasense Oxygen Sensors operate using well-known fuel cell technology. The O2-A1/A2/A3 sensor is designed for the latest generation of portable gas detectors where high detection performance, total reliability, small size and long lifetime are the key criteria.

Our high quality engineering ensures that the O2-A1 has a minimum 1-year working life and the A2, a 2-year working life, both with a no-leak guarantee. The latest addition to this Family is the O2-A3 which provides 3 years of working life. This new Sensor is the result of enhanced technological capabilities within Alphasense, allied to feed-back from existing and potential users of Alphasense Oxygen Sensors, many of whom have performed their own exhaustive tests to confirm performance, reliability, life expectancy and acceptability of this new product.

With computer monitoring of all sensors, the O2-A1/A2 can also be supplied with a customised test report to customer requirements using our unique, fully computerised ATAV test and validation system. A record of each sensor's performance is stored in the Alphasense database, accessible via the sensor barcode. This can be made available to the customer as hard copy evidence and also provides a powerful diagnostic tool.
